Every customization is carefully produced, quality-checked, and applied before your order ships.

How It Works

1. Add your eligible product (gi, rashguard, shorts, hoodie, or other customizable item) to your cart.

2. Add this Custom Flocking Service to your cart.

   • One Custom Flocking Service covers one customized item only.

   • If you want to customize 2 products, you must purchase 2 Custom Flocking Services.

   • If you want to customize 3 products, you must purchase 3 Custom Flocking Services, and so on.

   • Please do not expect all items in your order to be customized if only one Custom Flocking Service has been purchased. Each personalized item requires its own customization service.

3. Complete your purchase.

4. After placing your order, you MUST email your customization details to:

Your email must include:

• Your name, text, logo, or artwork to be printed.

• If your order contains multiple products, clearly specify which item(s) should be customized.

• The exact placement of each design (upper back, chest, sleeve, shoulder, pants, etc.).

• If you are ordering multiple customized items, clearly indicate which artwork belongs to which product.

• If your desired placement is complex, please attach a hand-drawn sketch, mock-up, or marked-up image showing exactly where each design should be printed.

• For logos and graphics, we highly recommend submitting vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) for the best possible print quality. High-resolution PNG files are also accepted.

⚠️ Important

Production cannot begin until we receive your customization email containing your artwork and placement instructions. Any order that includes customization will remain on hold until all required files and printing instructions have been received.

Custom artwork is not automatically collected during checkout. It is your responsibility to email us your files and instructions after placing your order.

Failure to send your customization details will delay the production and shipment of your order.
