**Return & Refund Policy**
1.1 For the purpose of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Half Moon Paris LLC, and “you” or “your” refers to the client. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.
1.2 By engaging us to provide products to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
1.3 Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately, and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
2.1 Our products are currently delivered through the internet. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours but could take as long as seventy-two hours to complete.
2.2 We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you receive the wrong product from us, you have the right to return it within 5 days free of charge. If you wish to exchange the product, a return fee of €3 will apply.
3.1 In the event of a product issue, please contact our customer service team. If a return or refund is deemed necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to print and affix to the package for the return.
3.2 You have 5 days from the date of receipt to return the product free of charge if it is the wrong item sent by us.
3.3 If you choose to change the product but not due to an error on our part, a €3 return fee will be applied.
4.1 Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it matches the product we originally sent.
4.2 If the returned product is not the same, damaged, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right not to proceed with a refund. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
